Exploring what hides in the dark has set me free.

For a LONG time I just shoved things down. Feelings, fears, traumas, all the things. I just buried them and moved on. (Works for the ostrich right?)

Well, it WASN'T working. What I was really doing was building walls. Big ones! They kept me "safe". Or so I thought. What they really did was kept me ALONE!

When I finally started exploring those hidden things, I unlocked parts of me that had been hiding. I finally started offering up parts of myself that I hadn't before. Even to MYSELF!

This is one of the best parts of what I do now! I get to help people unlock those parts of themselves they have kept hidden. Explore that and see what it sets free!
